I don’t normally post on Tuesdays, but I have the review up and want to be sure people can see it. Also, I’m using this to preserve the tweets I made while I was reading, because I think at least some of them are funny. Whether this will be a common thing, I don’t know yet.
I’m finally starting “I Don’t Have Enough Faith to Be an Atheist”. Based only on the title, my review had over 500 words.

I have now used the term “null hypothesis” so often that it has started to feel like nonsense. #NotEnoughFaithReview

I’m finally up to chapter 1, and the review is closing in on 3000 words. Time for a break for COSMOS! #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 12, 2014
After another great #Cosmos, I found myself adding only 800 words for the first two chapters. Summary: truth is real! #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 13, 2014
At over 5300 words after chapter 3 – tackling the Cosmological Argument. Time for another break. #NotEnoughFaithReview

I wonder if there’s a cat planet where the religious argue that the universe is finely tuned to support cat life. #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 13, 2014
I’m fast approaching 6600 words, and am only a quarter of the way through the book. Longest book review ever? #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 13, 2014
At over 7700 words, I’ve finished chapter 4. Never has the argument from design been so unconvincing. #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 13, 2014
And of course they confuse abiogenesis and evolution. Wonderful. #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 13, 2014
Almost to 8800 words now, and up to the chapter that claims to refute evolution. This is exhausting. #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 13, 2014
I’m outsourcing most of the rebuttal of chapter 6 to Finding Darwin’s God. Up to chapter 7 now, at over 9400 words #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 14, 2014
Using their own logic to show Christianity conclusively false twice from one chapter… best day ever! #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 14, 2014
Really scary thought: Five years ago, I likely would have found this book extremely convincing instead of laughable. #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 14, 2014
Over 10,800 words, and up to chapter 9. The rest of the book tries to prove the reliability of the New Testament. Woo. #NotEnoughFaithReview
— Complete History (@completeh1story) April 14, 2014
I’ll have to go through for typos, but I have about 1300 words! Hard to believe this stuff was ever convincing. #NotEnoughFaithReview

As I mentioned yesterday, this review is so long that I’m not going to post anything of substance for at least a week to give you a chance to read it. I put it all on one page, but there are links to jump to a specific section if you are only interested in a part.
The review can also be found through the new Rebecca Reads page – it’s the second link.
Ah, Twitter. It’s like reading an itinerary with commentary.
